Well, sunny Hawaii is wonderful. I got up and went for a run along the beach. Did some basic shopping and headed to the beach for the day. I was slathering on the sunscreen, but alas was seduced by the warmth of the sun, the crash of the surf, and a really good book, and managed to get a sunburn. sigh I'll be doing indoor things for a few days before venturing back to the beach, so museums it is. Clothes are uncomfortable. And as I managed to burn my butt, it is uncomfortable to sit. sigh
I haven't taken many pictures as yet, but plan to make a better effort in the coming days.
I have been relaxing and reading and just enjoying winding down. That's what a holiday is all about now isn't it?
