When you're in Melaka, do drop by...

Firstly, Happy Tong Tong Chiang, everyone. May you have a tiger-ful year ahead!

As we were on the way to my father's hometown today, there was this 2km jam at Klebang. I was thinking, "Cannot be because of that little store causing this jam kua..." And true enough it was!

A few months back I snapped this photos on me camera phone because I was extremely fascinated with this little dessert store located at the road side. It was packed with people!

Cars were illegally parked.

Some came in big cars.

Some came in kap chais.

Many came by foot.

The store was truly an embodiment of 1Malaysia. Check out this muhibbah scene: Chinese (in white), Malay (in red) and Indian (wearing a baseball cap with cool shades). Looked like a scene from a Yasmin Ahmad film.

They all came for 1reason. To quench their thirst with the icy cold milky creamy yummy:

Coconut Shake! (mind you, the owners are sponsored by Wall's, alright...)

Coconut juice, generous scoops of WALL'S VANILLA ICE-CREAM, ice cubes, some sugar water...Blend it....ta-dah! So yes, when you're in Melaka the next time, do find some time to drop by at this store on the way to Klebang Besar. It's located next to a Caltex station. You can't miss it. Just follow the queue.
