Its unbelievable that a whole new world exists less than an hour away from kl. A world somewhat oblivious to current world changes. Although they r given equal access to education n economical opportunities, what really separates them apart is a different mindset. Reminds me of the movie The Village. (Additional comment: I visited an orang asli settlement in Pahang)

ya. and you know what...so many Indons getting PR-ship here easily (considering i am still considered as an immigrant, based on certain politician's comment)...and govt provide tax payers money to supply them water and elektrik. now you know where they get the cussing votes from.

Iron Man 2 was... better than i expected. Well, at least its way better than ip man 2. But Kick Ass was still the most surprisingly entertaining. So, whats next? Will be giving robin hood and prince of persia a miss - the trailers looked boring. Ahh...but its a different case for Inception (the soundtrack on the trailer is already at its epic best)

Sitting here in Subway Centrepoint gives me more human insights compared to punching in some instructions into a market research software. The guy sitting next to me just shared with his girlfriend the websites he visits: Facebook, Soccernet, Yahoo, Google etc. While 1/3 of every customer that stepped into Subway wants... "everything but onions" Simple human truth. Relevant. Real time.

Hong Kong movies still cant nail it when it comes to producing movies with special effects (turns out lame n cheap looking) and caucasions in it (bad acting n scripting). Thats why i tabik John Woo for cracking the gangster brotherhood genre and Stephen Chow for his nonsensical comedy genre.

Was recently at the ipoh chicken taugeh place along jln gasing. And when i was at the payment counter, i was looking at the photos of the owner and his family with some superstar taken at the premise, n lo n behold, a photo of them with Stephen Chau Sing Chi!!!

Just the other day we drove passed a billboard featuring two pandas sitting down chewing on some bamboo shoots. Then Jo exclaimed while rubbing the sides of my tummy, "Look, panda! Fat fat round round. I like!" -_-
