Boyzone's new single Love is A Hurricane is very addictive. Maybe because it was written by Gregg Alexander. It's like a sequel to Lovin' Each Day which incidentally is a sequel to Life is a Roller Coaster. Hmmm..Gregg's songs all sound the same, come to think of it.
Next week opening in Malaysian cinemas nationwide, IM2 vs IM2 ! Which IM2 will win at the Malaysian box office?

Teknologi USB 3.0 belum lagi seumur jagung, eh sudah ada teknologi lain yang siap menggantikannya. Rekan senior Intel Kevin Kahn memprediksikan bahwa teknologi Light Peak lama-kelamaan akan menggantikan USB 3.0 sebagai standar industri.
Teknologi Light Peak, kata PC World, akan tersedia pada akhir tahun 2010. Sementara itu berbagai mitra Intel diharapkan sudah mengirimkan perangkat-perangkat Light Peak-enabled pada tahun berikutnya, 2011.
“Kami melihat ini sebagai penerus logis dari USB 3.0,” jelas Kahn. ”Kami ingin memberikan kabel terakhir yang Anda butuhkan.”

"My ancestor is a Sailorman" That’s the slogan sometimes told by Indonesian to their self.They are famous well known as the great sailorman in Nusantara. There are some ethnics are famous as the sailorman in Indonesia, they are Bugis/Bajo’e, Makassar, and Mandar ethnic. They have been exploring the ocean in Asia long time ago before the Portuguese and Spain arrive in Asia.
Some evidence still could be find in Australia and Africa till today is the Buginese traditional village. It has been showing about the truth of the history.
Buginese, Makassar, and Mandar voyage the ocean from Asia to Australia and Africa. They voyage it by using traditional boat well known as Phinisi and Sandeq boats. They explore the world only by using feeling and weather forecast by see natural condition at time. In a book written by Mr. John Perkins “the secret history of The American Empire” explains that the buginese’s pirates are very cruel man. They kill all of the Spanish who come to Sulawesi at time.
All of that has shown the capability of Indonesian specially Buginese, Makassar, and Mandar ethnic as the great Sailorman. Beside of that they have capability to dive without any equipment in Depth of the Sea to find out fishes.
Now as Indonesian we must brave told to our children about the history in other to no any Nations claim it again looks like done by Malaysia.

cek jumlah kata
Yang suka maen Paid Review pasti pernah mengalami status penolakan (reject) pada artikel hanya karena masalah sepele, salah satunya cuman masalah dalam mengkalkulasikan minimal jumlah kata (Word Count). Kadang masalah minimnya jumlah kata/huruf ini bisa jadi serius juga lho..kan rugi udah capek2 nulis tapi ujung2nya cuman direject hehehe. Masalah lain yang mungkin terjadi biasanya kesalahpahaman antara kita (pengguna jasa) dengan penyedia jasa Content Writer yang memang menghitung pembayaran berdasarkan jumlah kata/huruf. Nah agar tidak terjadi lagi kesalahpahaman, saya coba menyediakan tool sederhana yang mungkin berguna untuk mengkalkulasikan banyaknya jumlah kata dalam tulisan.
Silahkan masukan tulisan yang ingin dikalkulasikan:
Catatan: perlu diketahui cara kerja tool diatas menghitung berdasarkan jumlah spasi, jadi tetap perhatikan untuk letak spasinya ya, hindari terjadi double spasi.

Finally, How To Train Your Dragon got 3D right! Beautiful graphics n story. Natural, no sword pointing at the audience to show its 3D. And Toothless...oh, i so want a dragon now. GO watch it in glorious 3D before it disappears or replaced by some lame 3D movies like senario 3D or some hong kong future gen-x cops.

I reckon notebook makers can sell more notebooks if they put more thoughts into designing a fashionable sling bag and advertise it as a premium package. Or even partner with branded bag labels. Here i am at klia, everywhere i turn, i see working people carrying the standard black pvc square notebook bag on their shoulders, so unglamorous.

How come hotels don't provide toothpaste? The hotel I'm currently staying in has a sewing kit, a nail file kit and even a vanity kit - but don't have toothpaste :(

Of blood, vampires and greek gods (5 - 11 Apr 2010)
My highlight of the week would be fulfilling my promise to Ah Ma to donate blood to Tung Shin Hospital blood bank. Interesting how a little update on blood donation can turn into a passionate discussion vampires.

Is it normal to feel feverish after giving blood? Or its just the punishing weather?

Just watched Clash of the Titans. I dont remember it to be so erm...lets put it this way, the original one was more epic. But then, what do i know back in 1983. I thought A-Team was rad but when i watched the re-runs now, it is sad.

Can't go wrong with Ridley Scott as producer. Watch out for THE UNTOUCHABLES. All the veteran actioner are there: Stallone, Willis, Arnie, Jason Statham, Jet Li, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Those who pulled-out: Seagal, JCVD, Kurt Russell, and Wesley Snipes.

Anger and agitation happens when we have expectations on people or things around us to work a certain way. Example, when someone drives slower than u, u roll your eyes and complain they are hogging the road. If they drive faster than u, u scream, "Oi, crazy ah, drive so fast!"

Makanan untuk Ibu hamil
Makanan berprotein.
Setiap hari makanlah empat bagian makanan berikut ini, atau sebuah kombinasi yang setara dengan empat bagian. Satu bagian terdiri antara 18 sampai 25gram protein dan anada harus memakan 75 sampai 100 gram per hari.
* 3 gelas susu berukuran 300 gram susu skim atau susu berlemak rendah
* ¾ cangki keju berlemak rendah
* 160 gram daging sapi atau kambing berlemak
* 120 gram hati (jangan terlalu sering)
* 200 atau 240 gram tahu protein sayuran
* 1 porsi dai kombinasi protein lengkap
Snack berprotein tinggi
* Kacang-kacangan dan biji-bijian
* Panganan panggang dari biji-bijian utuh
* Panganan panggang dari kedelai
* Yoghurt
* Keju keras
* Telur rebus sampai matang
* Biji gandum
Makanan yang mengandung vitamin C
Makanlah sedikitnya dua makanan bervitamin C atau kombinasi yang setara per hari. Tubuh anda tidak dapat menyimoan vitamin ini jadi jangan pernah lalai
* ½ grapefruit (sejenis jeruk)
* ½ cangkir sari buah grapefruit
* 2 jeruk
* 2 sendok makan sari buah jeruk konsentrat
* 1/2 mangga berukuran sedang
* ½ cangkir potongan pepaya
* ¼ semangka kecil
* ½ cangkir strawberry
* 1 ½ tomat besar
* ¾ cangkir sari sayuran
* ½ cabe merah atau hijau besar
* 2/3 cangkir brokoli masak
* ¾ cangkir kangkung atau bayam
* 3 cangkir bayam mentah
Makanan kaya kalsium
Makanlah empat bagian dari makanan berikut ini setiap hari. Atau kombinasi yang setara dengan empat bagian. Anda membutuhkan 1280 sampai 1300 mg kalsium setiap harinya. Setiap bagian mengandung 300 mg kalsium.
* 240 gram susu skim atau susu rendah lemak
* ½ cangkir susu skim yang sudah diuapkan atau susu berlemak rendah
* 60 gram keju cheddar atau keju amerika
* 50 gram keju swiss
* 1 cangkir yoghurt berlemak rendah atau tanpa lemak
* 1/3 cangkir susu bubuk tanpa lemak
* 240 gram susu yang telah ditambah kalsium
* 240 gram air jeruk yang telah ditambah kalsium
* 160 gram ikan salmon yang telah dikalengkan bersama tulangnya
* 120 gram ikan sarden yang dikalengkan bersama tulangnya
* 140 gram ikan mackerel yang telah dikalengkan bersama tulangnya
* 2 sampai 3 sendok makan biji wijen bubuk
Susu kedelai dan protein kedelai
* 1 ½ cangkir dedaunan hijau (kangkung atau bayam) masak
* 1 ½ cangkir mustard atau lobak hijau
* 1 ¾ cangkir brokoli
* 2 ½ sendok sirop gula / tetes
* 2 jagung
* 3 cangkir buncis masak
Snack yang kaya kalsium
* Kacang almond
* Kacang tanah
* Buah kering
* Panganan panggang yang terbuat dari biji wijen, tepung kedelai
Sayuran hijau dan kuning serta buah-buahan kuning
Anda membutuhkan tiga atau lebih bagiann perhari, dan salah satu diantaranya harus mentah. Cobalah untuk memilih beberapa kuning dan beberapa hijau dalam seharinya.
* Semangka kira-kira sepanjang 10-15 cm
* 2 buah apricot yang segar atau yang telah dikeringkan
* ½ mangga berukuran sedang
* 1 buah peach kuning berukuran besar
* 1 cangkir potongan pepaya
* ½ buah kesemek berukuran sedang
* 1 sendok makan labu kaleng yang tidak diberi pemanis
* ¾ cangkir brokoli atau lobak hijau masak
* 1 ½ cangkir dedaunan hijau (kangkung/bayam) masak
* 8-10 besar daun selada hijau
* ½cangkir bayam mentah atau ¼ cangkir bayam masak
* 1/4 cangkir gambas masak
* ¼ ubi kecil
Buah dan sayuran lainnya
Sedikitnya makanlah dua dari buah/sayur di bawah ini setiap harinya
* 1 apel ½ cangkir saus apel yang tidak mengandung pemanis
* 6 sampai 7 batang asparagus
* 1 pisang kecil
* 1 cangkir taoge
* ¾ cangkir kacang hijau
* 2/3 cangkir beri biru
* 2/3 cangkir kol kecil
* 2/3 cangkir buah ceri segar
* 2/3 cangkir buah anggur segar
* 1 cangkir jamur segar
* 1 buah peach putih
* ½ cangkir peterseli
* 1 buah pir ukuran sedang
* 1 iris nanas segar atau nanas kalengan yang tidak mengandung pemanis
* 1 kentang ukuran sedang
Biji-bijian dan legum
Makanlah empat atau lima bahkan lebih dari makanan ini tiap harinya
* 1 kerat roti terbuat dari biji-bijian yang masih utuh (biji gandum, rye,roti kedelai dan lain-lain)
* ½ cangkir nasi merah
* ½ cangkir sereal yang terbuat dari biji-bijian utuh dan masih harus dimasak
* 40 gram sereal siap makan yang terbuat dari biji-bijian utuh
* 2 sendok makan wheatgerm
* ½ cangkir kedelai atau pasta(mie, macaroni dll) berprotein tinggi yang dimasak
* 5x5x2.5 cm roti jagung
* 1 jagung
Makanan kaya zat besi
Sejumlah kecil zat besi ditemukan pada buah-buahan, sayuran, biji-bijian dan daging yang anda makan setiap hari. Tetapi disamping pil tambahan zat besi, cobalah untuk memakan beberapa makanan yang banyak mengandung zat besi dibawah ini setiap hari
* Daging sapi
* Daging bebek
* Hati dan organ tubuh lainnya(jangan terlalu sering)
* Kerang oyster (dimasak,jangan dimakan mentah)
* Ikan sarden
* Dedaunan hijau(kangkung,bayam) lobak
* Labu air
* Labu kuning
* Kentang bersama kulitnya
* Bayam
* Rumput laut
* Legume misalnya kacang polong, kacang merah,kacang lima
* Kacang kedelai damn produk-produk kedelai
* Sirop gula/tetes
* Buah-buahan kering
Makanan berlemak tinggi
Dapatkan empat bagian penuh atau delapan kali setengah bagian, atau delapan kali setengah bagian atau kombinasinya, dalam sehari bila berat anda sekitar 125 pound (56 kg). Jangan melebihi batas ini, kecuali bila kenaikan berat badan anda terlalu lambat, juga jangan mengurangi jumlah ini kecuali bila kenaikan berat badan anda terlalu cepat. Pada umumnya jangan makan lebih dari dua bagian lemak yang dating dari lemak murni seperti mentega butter atau minyak.

Ever since I became more active on FB, I find it harder and harder to find time to update my blog. Creating a blog post is hard work. Usually, I'll take an average 1 hour to do up a post.
Moving forward, in the essence of time but yet conscious of relatives and friends who do not have an FB account to get my updates (the only source of updates is via this nice little blog space), I've decided to "copy and paste" my FB status updates here on Screaming Images on a weekly basis.

Currently attending a paid digital seminar. Interesting to see an okay sized crowd but whats more interesting is that how many will implement what they will learn today.

Ogilvy branding is very strong in the advertising circle. This guy was asking me what i do, so i just mentioned media agency. He exclaimed, "Oh, like Ogilvy!"
A man is really tired when he goes: "Hello, here is my card. How did u find the seminar? Bla bla bla" (1 min passed) I responded, "Thanks for organizing this seminar. Where abouts is your office?" The guy reached for his pocket and fished out his business card and passed it to me again.

Ahhh...weddings. Moks n Van, an awesome wedding. Weddings always take me back to the time of me asking Jo's parents permission to seek her hand in marriage - it was nerve wrecking (obviously) n awkward because it was done over bak kut teh in an old coffee shop in klang *cringe*

Why do real estate and insurance agents have their face printed on their business cards? Other industries should do the same too?

Easter, in remembrance of what happened at Cavalry, opened up a way for us to "restart" our lives again. Someone wise once told me, when you are lost, start from the beginning.
Someone must do something about how books are arranged at bookshops and libraries. We have to tilt our heads at least 45 degrees to read the titles. The neck hurts man.

The service at the kfc 24hours drive through nearby university hospital is so so SO BAD!!! NO SYSTEM AT ALL! Average time to be served is 8mins per customer! Mcdonalds is still the best in their drive through service. Shame on you, KFC!OMG! And the pepsi is flat! Shame shame SHAME on you, KFC!

2) I responded: @steven: Was that meant to be sarcastic ie. "i miss the lousy service at kfc outlets?" or u really miss the chicken? Up till today, i still have an emotional attachment to KFC. I only eat it after a hard day, to celebrate, cause when i was in school, dad only took me out to eat kfc if i scored good grades. So, it was a disappointing experience tonight after a long day at work.
3) No I really miss the chicken. And the service in KL not bad either compare to the Americans or Qatar for that matter. And the chicken in MY is super delicious. No kidding. As for childhood memories, I only have KFC on my birthday : ).
4) @Kau Sern, i also take kfc when I am in bad mood. I have the same experience like u, I can only take kfc if i get A. But nowadays it really disappointed me. I miss the old kfc

Tried the ones at london n oz, the meat soft soft one and slides off the bone. @tay: only dapat As can go kfc?! Wow, maybe kfc was one of our catalyst in motivating us to be who we r today, hardworking n achievers.
6)@Kau Sern, my most memorable kfc outlet is the one at kuchai lama. I still go there sometime. I heard that the 1st kfc outlet is in Penang. Have u try there b4?

Strob lights + loud club music + alcohol = everybody looks beautiful. Bad recipe. [Additional info: I attended Johnnie Walker's Black Circuit Lounge party in conjunction with F1. By invitation only. I can't remember the last time I was in a club. It was overwhelming]
